Payment

  • Payment can be made by the following options:
  • Direct Bank Deposit
  • PayPal
  • Vipps

 

  • All items are charged in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) only. Please use a currency converter if you would like you to know how much your items is converted into a different currency.

 

 

 

Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We use Norwegian Posten for all shipments. Every order has a processing time of 24-48 hours. Purchases are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding holidays.

 

Please double-check your shipping address when you check out. Any typo or mistake can significantly delay delivery. Packages that are returned undelivered will incur a second charge for shipping. We are not responsible for items sent to an incorrect address that are lost or stolen.

 

As soon as your purchase is shipped, you will receive email notification. If you have any questions regarding your order, we are happy to assist you at customerservice@illuminateit.info

Items over $10,000 are not available for purchase through Paypal. Please contact the us directly at customerservice@illuminateit.info

 

International Orders:

 

Please note that the following additional terms and conditions apply to all international orders:

 

The order recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country.

 

Prices and shipping fees do not include brokerage fees, import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and other fees that may be levied by the destination country, all of which are the responsibility of the purchaser. All costs incurred on a refused delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties, taxes or restrictions imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.

 

IlluminateIt Designs does not ship to the following countries with high fraud histories: Belarus, Columbia, Egypt, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Romania, Russia, Indonesia and Taiwan. This list is subject to change without notice. If your country is not listed please send an email to customerservice@illuminateit.info to check to see if we will ship to your country.

 

All international orders regardless of payment method are subject to order verification.

 

For product returns, the purchaser is the exporter from the destination country and is responsible for compliance with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country. Title and risk of loss transfer to IlluminateIt Designs upon IlluminateIt Designs’s receipt of the returned product. All costs of return must be prepaid by the purchaser.

Returns & Exchanges

Merchandise in the original gift wrap or packaging may be returned for a full refund (less shipping) or for an exchange within seven days of the order arrival date. All returns are subject to a refund processing fee of 3%. Returns after seven days and no more than fourteen days of the order arrival date are eligible for store credit only.

Returned packages must be shipped signature required via certified or insured mail. Please note that IlluminateIt Designs is not responsible for the cost of shipping returns, exchanges, and/or any modified orders.

 

*No refunds or store credit for jewelry that has been custom made.

 

 

 

Order Cancellation

If you cancel an order prior to shipping your payment will be refunded less a 3% surcharge. With a custom order cancellation, your deposit will be retained.
